Federal student aid recipients who withdraw or are dropped are subject to the regulations regarding the Return of Title IV funds. Title IV funds are awarded under the assumption that the student will attend school for the entire period for which the student aid is awarded. Calculation is, firstly, determined by the percentage of the enrollment period completed by the student. This percentage is calculated by dividing the number of days completed by the total number of days in the enrollment period.
