Loan Document Signing Specialist

California notary publics have job opportunities to work in California’s real estate industry. This Community Education seminar is an entry level course into the notary signing agent field. We will describe sample loan documents and discuss the role, responsibilities and duties of the notary signing agent. Other topics include how to notarize and journalize documents, manage loan packages, promote and create loan signing opportunities. Job-related costs like the bond, insurance and notary supplies will be explained in class. No refunds or transfers on Community Education courses. Prerequisite: Be in the process of obtaining a notary public commission from California or a current CA notary public. Required Textbook/Study Materials: $49 Study materials and test fees are paid in class with cash, personal check or money order made payable to “Master’s Notary Academy”. Loan Document “Take Home” Certification Exam: $35 (optional). Course payment is due upon registration. There are no refunds or class transfers for Community Education classes.
